HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Add items to your basket as you shop in your preferred size and colorway. You can view and amend the contents of your basket at any time by clicking the Cart button in the top right of each page. Once you are happy with your items proceed to Checkout and follow the on screen instructions which will take you to our secure payment page.

Discount Codes

To apply a discount code during offers and promotions when checking out on a mobile device, proceed to Checkout and click ‘Have a discount code?’ near the top of your screen. A drop down will appear for you to type in your code and click ‘Apply’. Please note that only one discount code can be applied to an order at any time.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you accidentally made a purchase, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible. If 24 hours have passed after your purchase, we could not cancel it as it will be shipped. Still if 24 hours have passed, please email us and we will check the status and if product is still not shipped, we will cancel the order and fully refund you, but if product is already shipped, we can’t cancel it.

HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled. For more information check our Refunds & Return Policies page.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

Due to high demand, we usually send your package within 3 working days and package is received in your local post from 12 to 40 days. In some cases order might be received earlier or later. For more information check our Shipping & Delivery page.

WHAT PAYMENT TYPES ARE ACCEPTED HERE?

We accept debit or credit card payments, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can also pay via PayPal. Your payment information is only used for the transaction in question and not stored.
At Joy Shops our products are priced in USD. Our store supports also other currencies, allowing you to browse and checkout in your own currency. If your currency is not supported please select your preferred currency from the dropdown menu.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details and a tracking number which you can use to track your order.

It can take a day or so for the tracking status to sync and show upon our tracking system. So if it shows as pending don’t worry, your items are on their way and we advise you to check back in a day or so. Please note, as shipping is free, tracking may not always be available for all products to all regions.

CUSTOM & DUTIES

Deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are set by your country’s local customs office. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges are outside of our control and you will be responsible for these payments. Refunds will not be given on packages that are refused or delayed due to unpaid taxes or duties.
